Speaker Bio:
Jacy Mitchell is a 3rd generation beekeeper. He owns a small commercial nuc and queen producing company. He has eight yards in Newberry County and runs anywhere from 200 to 500 hives during the year. Jacy grafts around 500 cells a year. Jacy is a proud father of two sons, who are both active beekeepers. Jacy also helps his local 4H youth.
